Questions

About these tools.

Are these tools free?

Yes. They run in your browser, so what you type, and the photos you choose, stay on your device and are not stored by us. The one exception is the optional business search on the Google review link tool: the name you type there is sent to Google, through our server, to find your place.

What is GEO?

GEO means generative engine optimisation: making your business easy for AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity to find, understand and recommend. Clear pages, structured data, answer-style FAQs and consistent business details help. No tool can guarantee that an AI will mention you.

Does llms.txt make AI recommend my business?

No. llms.txt is a proposed convention, and not every AI tool reads it. It is a cheap way to give a clear summary of your business and key pages to those that do. It works best next to good pages and structured data.

Is the invoice maker a GST filing tool?

No. It only lays out an invoice or quotation that you can print or save as a PDF. Follow the GST rules for invoice details and filing, and check them with your accountant.

Where do the greeting messages and calendar ideas come from?

They are plain templates written for common occasions. Read and change them to suit your business before you send or post anything.

Does the calculator promise these results?

No. The calculators only do arithmetic on the numbers you enter. Your real cost per lead, conversion rate and margin depend on your business, offer and market.

Which GST rate should I use?

Use the rate that applies to your product or service. The calculator does the sums for any rate you enter. Check the rate with your accountant if you are not sure.

Is the UPI QR code safe to print?

It holds only the UPI ID and details you type, in the standard UPI payment link. Test it once with a small payment from another UPI app before you print it, and check that the name shown is yours.

Where do I find my Google Place ID?

Search for Google's Place ID Finder, type your business name and copy the ID that starts with ChIJ. Paste it into the review link tool.
